Consider the source!! Just trying to control you more. When all that stuff was going on with Thomas and Amy who was actually there for you?? I hope that's not what's keeping you from hanging out with me and in places. That controlling your life with fear...God says fear not yet these 'friends' are planting fear in you.

In the Sticks...

Got a flat...chased by dogs like at our wheels for .25mi!! And...almost rolled over a copperhead!! That's country cycling! Lol!!

Quads o'Fire!!

Another F3 ride just as killer!! The Ath Cond class that I did Thurs was one of the best, actual ath moves! We multi-jumped a 7ft wall...dips...planks...soccer moves. Group was small but strong, really good to burn out some stress...I hope you are having good workouts as well E.

Who's Thor Daddy!!!

The Habitat Project was roofing today. I recall watching my Dad wielding his hammer 2 hits only!! I wasn't that good but it made me think of him. Thanks for celebrating me this past Fathers Day..I get it from him so thanks for celebrating my Dad as well. This is as we all strive to be like our Heavenly Dad...not easy...LOL! Yet worth it!!

I remember the post Bridge Run 'safari' to find our bikes...we were actually tired. After the last one we had planned to not even cycle back...but run back!! We were awesome!! Miss you E!!

This hawk and his "bae" live in the trees just beyond my back yard. They are loud...I love it!! Especially when I'm in the hammock. They hunt the squirrels that hangout that joined wooded area. 

First F3 Ride...

Freakin Fast...not Flat!! That's yo 3 F's!! 34 miles at 18.5avg mph. You know how hilly it is in Harrisburg and Midland. Best part...started with thanks and a prayer to God!!

Do you remember being the the Charleston Market and a lady selling African items told us something...gave us instructions. She told us the ocean tide rises and fall, bring things ashore and pulling things away. Bringing new to the beach and removing things to it's abyss. She told us to be sure and at least put our feet in the water to have our past pulled away from us, drawn out of us. And likewise have the waves crash into and bring us something new.
