This hawk and his "bae" live in the trees just beyond my back yard. They are loud...I love it!! Especially when I'm in the hammock. They hunt the squirrels that hangout that joined wooded area. 

First F3 Ride...

Freakin Fast...not Flat!! That's yo 3 F's!! 34 miles at 18.5avg mph. You know how hilly it is in Harrisburg and Midland. Best part...started with thanks and a prayer to God!!

Do you remember being the the Charleston Market and a lady selling African items told us something...gave us instructions. She told us the ocean tide rises and fall, bring things ashore and pulling things away. Bringing new to the beach and removing things to it's abyss. She told us to be sure and at least put our feet in the water to have our past pulled away from us, drawn out of us. And likewise have the waves crash into and bring us something new.

Josh's summer league this year is out of Asheboro NC, they have a game in Gastonia tonight. He is doing so dang good!! Makes me thing of us hanging last year in H'ville...
